Making An Application:

Applications for Reception (September 2011).....Please read our Admissions Policy 2012carefully before considering an application. If you wish to proceed with an application you should complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) and hand this directly to the school.

You must also complete a Common Preference Form (which can be obtained from the address below), and which should be sent to Education Leeds at the same address:

Application forms need to be completed and submitted to the Admissions Committee via the Headteacher.
